UnitedCast: Cloudy With Thundershowers Possible

United vs. Chicago Fire
Tonight, 7:30 p.m., RFK Stadium
KickoffFinal WhistleWeatherChance of Rain
71F66FCloudy & Possibly Wet50%+
It's hard to say whether a solid area of approaching rain and possibly thunderstorms will arrive during the game, or if it will hold off until later on at night. At the very least, there's a 50% chance of a scattered shower or thunderstorm passing over the stadium.

UnitedCast appears on the day of every United home game. Also, see our full forecast through the weekend.

Should we be prepared for rain before the game, too? Looking out my window, it seems a little grim...

Concerned Tailgater -- See our full forecast (linked to below UnitedCast) for our general forecast for today and tonight. Basically, scattered showers are a possibility throughout the day and evening, including before the game. Whether RFK happens to be in the path of any showers before the game is hard to say. Probably a 50-50 shot.

Doesn't that VW money buy us some good weather?

How about forecasting the final score?

Wow, again the game lacks rain, but I walk out of the Metro on my way home from RFK to pouring rain. If it werent for the miserable results, I'd say God is a DCU supporter. You guys made a good call - "..it will hold off until later on at night"

Thanks, keep up the great work!
