Fashion Victim: Mary-Kate Olsen

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Mary-Kate Olsen in a goth feather duster. (Getty Images)
Hey Cate Blanchett and Kirsten Dunst (see Morning Mix), you're not the only ones who can rock the Costume Institute red carpet with a really gnarly ensemble! Behold Mary-Kate Olsen, who had Big Bird's carcass dyed special for the occasion, then crawled into it for warmth.
Not content to confine her animalistic urges to ornithological inspiration, this New York Times-dubbed "fashion star" also recently stepped out in this belted leopard print drapery panel to celebrate Kate Moss's new fashion line (check out the shoes, too).
Entertain yourself for minutes on end with Mary-Kate and Ashley's greatest fashion hits.

Wow, I see bunion surgery in their near futures if they keep up w/those fugly super-de-dooperdy high heels.
Isn't it ironic that there were so many men counting down to their 18th birthday? Now those same men are all "Ew.Gross.No.Way."

What a pity! So much money, so little taste.

Mary-Kate Olsen, on her student rounds at New York University, personifies a style that rejects the overt display of wealth.
Huh?
Anybody on a budget isn't going to wear elements of at least four distinct outfits at the same time... they can't afford the laundry/cleaning expense.
And what is it with these celebutards and the cowboy boots? i mean the only rodeo they ever see is Rodeo Drive. Is it some kind of hooker chic?

Holy multimillionaire Batman! If it weren't so scary it would be cute how they support each other ugly clothing and all.

Hmmm, I think this is way too easy.

I actually kind of LIKE the goth feather duster/big bird carcass. It looks French. Unless I'm very mistaken, it's from house of fashion Chez What?, and is VERY expensive.
I also think it's good that those twins get to show off their fashion "je ne sais rien" every once in a while.

I still think they're hot.

What amazes me about that big bird dress (by the same designed as Bjork's Oscar dress perhaps?) is that someone actually designed and made that dress fully expecting someone to wear it. Fine some people have no taste, but aren't the designers supposed to have some?
Oh, and designers could you make clothes for those of us who are normal sized, please? Thank you.

Looking at the link for "greatest fashion hits" - the one with the cowboy hat and boyfriend - Yikes! She looks like an eight year old playing dress up. Look at the size of her sunglasses compared to the size of her head!! YIKES!!!!

It looks like she's using the same belt w/ the feather dress and the leopard dress, too.

How is it possible in this day and age for people to go out of the house dressed like that? Are they blind? Retarded? People in that industry cannot be that fashioned impaired except on purpose can they?

Re: The pic of Mary-Katechichi trying to pull off Liberace's old curtains as a "high fashion" leopard print dress, what's up clutching your pack of cowboy killers (marlboro reds...yikes!) instead of tucking them into a purse? That is so low-class!!!
