Wanted: A Catchy Bumper Sticker
The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee is out with a new Web ad asking supporters to help them come up with a catchy bumper sticker slogan.
And while the spirit of this ad is great, they may also need some help with their acting skills.
DSCC spokeswoman Hannah August says the campaign arm of the Senate's Democratic caucus posted the video today, and sent an e-mail to supporters asking for their help in picking a slogan. This is the DSCC's second recent online video effort. Actor Paul Newman made a fundraising pitch for the group back in June.
The ad features uber-consultant James Carville leading staffers through an ideas meeting. He asks the staffers for their slogan ideas, scoffs at the options, then suggests his idea: "It's the Senate, Stupid!"
Oh boy.
Supporters are asked to visit the DSCC Web site to submit ideas by Aug. 27.

Why is the only person of color not given a speaking part?

The video is broken down into two parts. And yes the person of color has a speaking part. What difference would it make if she didn't, the fact that she is there speaks highly of the organization. Why do we get in a tizzy if everything is not politically correct or fair. Has this current administration been politically correct or fair? I rest my case.
