Local news: 9:30 club and D.C. Central Kitchen team up to kick hunger in the, um...
This holiday season, the 9:30 club has partnered up with D.C. Central Kitchen to battle hunger in Washington. The kitchen provides meals to those in need and 9:30 club patrons can help support that goal by purchasing a t-shirt emblazoned with the partners' mission statement: "Kicking Hunger's [hindquarters]". Shirts can be purchased for $20 at the 9:30 club on show nights or anytime on the club's Web site. Proceeds go entirely to D.C. Central Kitchen.
