Local news: Winners of the 2010 DMV Music Awards

R&B's A-list congregated in Washington on Saturday night for the annual BET Honors, but on Sunday, local musicians were staging an awards show of their own in Capitol Heights, Maryland.

The 2010 DMV Music Awards celebrated the best in hip-hop and R&B talent from the District, Maryland and Virginia, with awards going to established names (Rye Rye, DJ Class, Best Kept Secret), as well as some fresher faces (Harmony Muzik, Saint Anger).
