News: Bruce Springsteen, Stevie Wonder, Jay-Z sign on to perform "Hope for Haiti" telethon

A constellation of pop stars have signed on to perform at Friday's "Hope For Haiti" telethon, including Bruce Springsteen, Jay-Z, Taylor Swift, Stevie Wonder and many others. "Hope For Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief" will be a two-hour televised event hosted by musician Wyclef Jean and actor George Clooney.
Broadcasting from New York, Los Angeles and London, the telecast will also include performances from Coldplay, Jennifer Hudson, Mary J. Blige, Shakira, Sting, Alicia Keys, Dave Matthews and John Legend. There will also be a collaboration between Bono, The Edge, Jay-Z and Rihanna as well as a duet from Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow.
"Hope For Haiti" will be the most widely distributed global telethon in history. On Saturday, all of the musical performances will be available for purchase through iTunes, with all proceeds benefiting Haiti relief.
