Week ahead: Erykah Badu releases "Part Two," Liquid Liquid on "Fallon"?!

Punk disco originals Liquid Liquid will appear on "Fallon" Friday; DNA's "Lopez Tonight" appearance imminent.

In concert: If you're into big-name DJs, Fur presents you with a couple of opportunities this week: Armin Van Buuren is there on Tuesday while Calvin Harris spins on Saturday. Chris is hyped for the always shape-shifting Gang Gang Dance at Rock and Roll Hotel on Tuesday. Longtime punk provocateur Jello Biafra is at the Black Cat that same night. Saturday night is the battle of hype-bands - Vampire Weekend at Constitution Hall and Yeasayer at 9:30 club. Looking for something completely opposite of those two? Head up to Baltimore for the third annual DNA Test Fest featuring the likes of [Expletive] Jeans, Home Blitz and old faves Psychedelic Horse[expletive].

In stores: There are a bunch of big names on tomorrow's new release schedule: Erykah Badu, Usher and Alan Jackson lead the way, while "Wu Massacre" -- a Wu-Tang Clan faction featuring Ghostface Killah, Method Man and Raekwon -- also drops. Veteran Bay Area rapper E-40 does the double album, separate releases thing with "Revenue Retrievin: Day Shift" and "Revenue Retrievin: Night Shift." And on the indie-pop tip, there's "I Will Be" by Dum Dum Girls and the essential "Black Tambourine" collection.

On TV: As always, there's a bit of overlap in these last two sections. Erykah Badu will be on "Kimmel" Tuesday. Matisyahu will follow on Wednesday - don't dare leave any chametz in the green room. Usher kicks off the week on "Letterman" while She & Him closes it out. The one and only Justin Bieber will appear on "Leno" on Thursday. And, um, wait a second, is this real? Apparently it is -- disco-punk originators Liquid Liquid will be on "Fallon" on Friday. What the what?!
