Clicky shuffle: Random songs for Thursday morning

By David Malitz

"I Found That Essence Rare" may be in my top 10 song titles ever. The song itself may crack the top 100. Hasil Adkins is always one of my random shuffle favorites.

Morrissey, "Speedway"
Gang of Four, "I Found That Essence Rare"
Male Bonding, "Year's Not Long"
McLusky, "Rice Is Nice"
Hasil Adkins, "Do It To Me Tonight"

Black Lips “Again & Again”
Ghostface Killah “Iron’s Theme (Intermission)” (Do we include interludes here?)
Yo La Tengo “The Lie and How We Told It”
The Arcade Fire “The Woodland National Anthem”
The Cheekyboys (?) “Kickaround Sue” (This would be Biggie’s “Kick in the Door” put to the music of Dion and Belmont’s “Runaround Sue”, and possibly the greatest song ever put together. Thank you internet.)
