A weekly playlist for the listener with a one-track mind...

Oddisee: "I'm From PG"

The Diamond District rapper releases what may be the first-ever ode to Prince George's County. From his latest (and last) Odd Seasons release, "Odd Spring."

Karen Elson: "The Truth Is in the Dirt"

Jack White's supermodel wife was (probably) the voice behind last year's surpassingly awful Mildred and the Mice. She redeems herself with this languid goth-folk number, produced by White.

Janelle Monae featuring Of Montreal: "Make the Bus"

Monįe and Kevin Barnes team for a track from her concept album about space robots, and it's every bit the heaping helping of crazy you'd hoped it would be.

Tame Impala: "Solitude Is Bliss"

The first single from the Australian alt-psych outfit's upcoming disc, "Innerspeaker," is expansive and infectious and undeniably great; the entire release is now streaming on the band's MySpace page.

Jack Johnson: "You and Your Heart" (Boys Like Us remix)

What do you get when Johnson and Vampire Weekend's Rostam Batmanglij, two unfairly maligned purveyors of Music White People Like, join up for a remix? A temperate, seriously lovely melding of rasta, electro and folk.
