- OK, believe the hype. After debunking a premature announcement, tour organizers have announced that R&B exile Lauryn Hill will perform her masterpiece album "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill" on this summer's Rock the Bells tour. Also slated to appear: the reunited A Tribe Called Quest, who will recreate their classic "Midnight Marauders." The Rock the Bells tour is scheduled to land at Merriweather Post Pavilion on August 29.
- Another reason we're slobbering this morning: Neo-outlaw Jamey Johnson has announced that his new record drops on Sept. 14 -- and the country crooner is making it a double. Titled "The Guitar Song," it'll actually be a two-disc release, with a 25-song tracklist that spans more than two hours. Expect double-disc greatness of 2Pac proportions.
