9:30 club owner sues over Maryland subsidies for Fillmore Silver Spring

And in rock-n-roll litigation news... 9:30 club owner Seth Hurwitz is suing the state of Maryland in an effort to block promoter Live Nation from receiving state subsidies to open its long-planned Fillmore Silver Spring nightclub on Colesville Road.
