- Local rap hero Wale is in trouble with the city of Baltimore for using foul language from the stage when he headlined Charm City's Artscape festival last weekend.

- Did you know Bono and the Edge are scoring a Spiderman musical?

- Visa issues have forced Bloc Party singer Kele (he goes by one name nowadays) to postpone his U.S. solo tour. His Aug. 7 date at the 9:30 Club has been rescheduled for Sept. 2.

- Maryland-born pop-punk survivors Good Charlotte have a new album due out Oct. 26.

- Where are they now? Getting arrested. Rapper Foxy Brown has been arrested for allegedly violating an order of protection. Meantime, Color Me Badd singer Bryan Abrams was recently arrested for domestic abuse.
