Who's that girl? She's suing Vampire Weekend!

How TMZ beat Pitchfork to this one is anyone's guess. (Maybe the indie site is busy this week?)
According to the gossip site, model Kirsten Kennis, the woman who appears on the cover of Vampire Weekend's most recent album "Contra," is suing the band to the tune of $2 million. She says she never gave the band permission to use her image, which was snapped back in early '80s.
