If your calendar hasn't already been marked in blood, you have the chance to see one of the greatest rappers alive when Big Boi performs at the 9:30 Club, tonight. But what are you doing for the rest of your week? We called on the legendary OutKast rapper for his take on this week's goings-on in Washington. He emailed some some really short replies.

On Saturday, go-go legends Rare Essence are playing a massive reunion show in Arlington, VA. Did go-go inspire the beat to OutKast's "Morris Brown"? Has any go-go influenced your work?

No, I like all forms of music.

On Sunday,  Panda Bear of Animal Collective is playing a very intimate show in Baltimore, MD. What's the smallest gig you've ever played?

Monday night in Atlanta at a hot strip club called Magic City. Performed "Kryptonite."

On Monday, Janelle Monae is opening for Of Montreal at 9:30 Club. What are your thoughts on all the success she's seen this year and what's next for her?

Janelle Monae has a very strong work ethic and we will hear more outta this world grooves and intense footwork.

On Tuesday,  the band Screaming Females are playing the Black Cat. They're from New Brunswick, NJ. In your experience, which city in America has the loudest screaming females?

Salt Lake City, Utah.

Wouldn't take the notable-rapper-saying-anything-about-any-indie-musician bait?

Big Boi needs to work on his blog meme/beef chops.
