The New York Times reports that the 2011 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame class will include pop stalwart Neil Diamond, shock rocker Alice Cooper, gravelly-voiced troubadour Tom Waits, versatile pianist/guitarist Dr. John and girl group great Darlene Love.
Those who didn't make the cut this year include Bon Jovi, Donovan, Beastie Boys, LL Cool J, Donna Summers and Chic. The induction ceremony will be held on March 14 in New York. Voters in our September poll should be very happy. In October, Click Track talked to Alice Cooper about his Hall of Fame nomination.
