A New Gang Strategy?

Mayor Adrian M. Fenty and D.C. Councilmember Jim Graham are teaming up this morning to announce a new gang strategy. The two will be sharing their plan at the Reeves Center at 10:15 am.

I believe the best strategy is a flanking maneuver. Our gang, the Shamrocks, decimated the Crypt Keepers last week using this strategy. Shamrocks Rule!

Enroll them all in interperative dance classes and they can "war" via dance... Maybe change their names to the Jets and the Sharks... sounds like a plan the winners in this city would come up with.
