Children's Group Pressing City on CFSA

Children's Rights Inc., the group behind a nearly 20-year-old class action lawsuit that forced the District's child welfare system into receivership, said today it will ask a federal judge to hold the city in contempt for continuing to fail children.

The child protective services, education and more has been a shambles across the USA since the Federal government got out of partial funding and monitoring.
