Pro Golfer Imitates Bogger, Shoots 16 Over on One Hole

The first and potentially only time I went to Renditions golf course was on a hot and muggy August afternoon, when I was supposed to be working, and everyone else in the world was supposed to be working, too. Thus, the course was empty. Thus, we decided when we got to the stupid "Island Green" hole that we would just keep whacking away until one of us hit something other than water. Forty-five minutes later, half of Anne Arundel County had arrived at the tee box and my threesome had donated 70 or 80 balls to the friendly local waterways. We fled to the next tee box; I suppose our actual score would have been at least 20 on that hole.

Which is all by way of saying that this pro golfer must have felt pretty stupid for scoring a 19 on a par three. Espeically since, unlike us, he didn't even have to deal with any water.
