Media Locker Room Rumble
Blind item:
Which print journalist and which television talking head nearly came to blows in the Redskins locker room after Sunday's game, at which point they were forcibly separated by another TV employee, only to later rejoin their argument, drawing stares from several players?
Fun fun fun.

Haber and LaCa!
Posted by: Unsilent Majority | October 9, 2007 10:54 AM
That would mean Haber would actually have to set foot in the Redskins locker room

Lindsay and Liz Clarke?

Dude, it's bush league to post something like that and then not say who the involved parties were. Really bush league.

Why do you embargo this story? Rank hypocrisy. If this involved two teammates or two coaches, it would be reported. And in this age where members of the media are as much "newsmakers" as the athletes and coaches they cover, this is just another example why no one cares for the two faced media.

Really, covering up the story is bad enough. But taunting the readers is worse.

After having worked for some time at "America's Newspaper", I witnessed first hand on more than one occaision writers there actually come to blows in the newsroom (and elevator!!!) so badly that hospitalization was necessary...so this story doesn't come as a surprise to me. Stories like these are exactly why I left. Please folks (or should I say CHILDREN)....check your egoes at the locker room door and worry about getting the story!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

It had to be Dan and George Michael fighting over Randel El's Rogaine.

One of the blogs (AA, TBL, Deadspin) said it was Hellie and Les Carpenter.

At the Daily News, if there wasn't a fight featuring multiple droppings of f-bombs in the newsroom, it was only because it was a holiday.
Posted by: Cindy | October 9, 2007 3:46 PM
It was Hellie and Les Carpenter.

Dan, picking a blog fight with Fisher is one thing (thank you for that), but isn't nearly coming to blows with George Michael a bit much? After all, he's a pretty old guy. Feisty, but old.
