Meet Eddie Jordan and His Wardrobe

The next installment in our "Meet the Wizards via poorly lit video Q&A sessions" series brings you Eddie Jordan, pre-disastrous loss to the Pacers that already has me ready to give up on the season. This was straight out of the 2006 playbook: questionable defense, thrilling last-second shots, giving up early-season shoulda-been-wins that will straight haunt your dreams in March, and losing to teams missing their biggest stars. Here's Indy columnist Bob Kravitz:

Consider, late in the third quarter, the Pacers featured a lineup of Travis Diener, Andre Owens, David Harrison, Danny Granger and Kareem Rush. And they were going toe-to-toe with the Wizards' constellation of stars, notably Gilbert Arenas, Antawn Jamison and Caron Butler.

Guh. Anyhow, happier days will come again, and here's Eddie.

Why didn't you shoot him with your t-shirt gun?

WTF...13 rebounds isn't enough to buy me some time on the court at the end of a game? Against a team devoid of big men? How about initiating a mismatch of our own sometime instead of always letting the opponent dictate things? Christ.

Deja vu. Let's hope you have to do a Q&A with a new coach by mid-season.
