Pulte Faces Possible Fines If It Can't Cut Car Use at MetroWest

Under the proposed plan, Pulte Homes the project developer would have to prove a reduction of  47 percent of residential car trips and 25 percent of business car trips or face the penalties. Today's Metro section has the story.
