Battered Fairfax Station Woman Wins Suit Against Former Husband

In an example of legal experts say is becoming a more common occurrence, a Fairfax Station woman has won a $550,000 award against her former husband who served jail time for beating her in their home in 2003. The story is in today's Metro section.
