Kaine Close to Tunnel, Role in Land Use Decisions

According to this article from yesterday, Governor Timothy M. Kaine (D) is close to coming out in favor of the proposed rail tunnel through Tysons Corner.

In a separate article, Kaine is promising that local land-use decisions will be coming under greater scrutiny.
