Inside Your Fairfax Extra

Did you see the nifty package of stories that marks another season of coverage of local high school sports in today's Fairfax Extra?

The local sports stories are just one reason that Fairfax County residents should make the Extra a weekly part of their news reading.

Your Extra has regular features, recent home sales (check out the the $old list of the highest priced homes) and crimes reports from your neighborhood, a monthly look at what new projects developers have in store, religion notes, arts and entertainment as well as your letters to the editor and guest opinion columns--if you write them--and much more.

Each Thursday you can find the print edition of the Fairfax Extra tucked inside the Home section of the Washington Post anywhere newspapers are sold or delivered in the county

What happened to the Health Code Violations Report in the Thursday Fairfax Extra???? I am amazed at the restaurants that operate with so many violations. I do not eat at restaurants with bad reports. I look forward to each weeks' updates. I then go to that restaurants online VDH report for the whole story, the general public should be doing this also. The cleanliness of local restaurants would improve dramatically if everyone knew what their kitchens were hiding. Please return the column, it was helpful.
Sincerely, Jennifer Webb
