The murder of Julie Mansfield Adams, a special education teacher at Virginia Run Elementary School in Centreville, was discovered after a note was found near the site of an apparent suicide in W. Va. The story is here.

My husband worked with the man who killed Ms. Adams and then killed himself. He said he could never really tell that anything was wrong with Coffield. He said that Coffield just acted like any one of the other guys on the job site. My husband was completely shocked by the entire matter and didn't know anything about the criminal background your article revealed.
