I wish "smart" growth worked. It doesn't. Those of us who bought in dense developments near Metro stations (of which I am one) still drive. I wish I could take Metro, but it is too unreliable and I have given up on it and gone back to my car. The development cat is out of the bag all along the orange line and 66 corrdior, you built it/we bought it, and now you have to give us the lanes.
