Memorial Event For Cappies Founder Set For Sunday
The life of Bill Strauss, the man who founded the Cappies high school theater program in Fairfax in 1999, will be celebrated at a memorial event from 3 to 5 p.m. this Sunday at Hayfield Secondary School. Strauss died in December.
