'Abnormally High' Profits

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency and contractor Northrop Grumman got hit hard by Pentagon's Inspector General's Office, which recommended canceling a services contract that gives Northrop "abnormally high profit rates," according to a Bloomberg news story.
