A Wrapping Wrap-Up

In the last 24 hours I have gone a bit crazy.

After being behind and feeling quite guilty about it, I did a major shop online and then stopped in at two stores in my neighborhood. For Charlie, my 13-month-old chimp, er, son, I bought a bunch of toys, including a soft dump truck, a pull toy so he stops falling down when he tries to walk and a bear for his crib. For Maggie, who turns 4 this month, I bought two dresses (on her list to Santa), a panda bear and a small, rubber frog that says ribbet when you squeeze its belly.

If I could just get it all wrapped, I would truly be able to gloat. In preparation for all this wrapping, I have watched our gift-wrapping slideshow four times. If I don't know how to wrap a present by now, I'm completely hopeless. Wish me luck.
