It's never too late to join the Holiday Challenge. With that in mind, we're adding a new vlog from Lean Plate Club member Andy Dalal, 39, who has trimmed more than 20 pounds in the past two years. Dalal is an immigration attorney, who lives with his wife and two young sons in Clarksville, Md. There, he takes spinning classes and regularly plays in adult soccer and touch football leagues.
