Keep going! I'm sure many readers are like me and don't comment on every video, but I'm enjoying your comments. Thanks. And I like that the plate is 2/3 veggies, 1/3 main course - I've heard that is the right ratio, but I've never been sure what that would really look like. I'm inspired to plate my meals nicer!
