I have gotten such a kick out of your blog/videos about dieting. I still need to get twenty pounds off because I quit smoking and started taking hormones! Saw your mother a week or so ago and she told us about herself and Missy watching your videos and rolling around on the couch laughing! What fun you must be having. Damn you look great too. Kathy

Melanie, I love frozen yogart and make great milkshakes with them with a little protein powder and frozen fruit. I also like to follow the 80-20 rule of healthy eating 80%-85% of the time and enyoying deserts 15-20% of the time. It works for me. I enjoy your blog. Keep it up-Michelle
