Good advice and a good place to start.

Keep in mind ... research shows that getting exercise or being active with someone else - especially like-minded folks with similar interests - is a great way to shed pounds or stay in shape at any time of the year.

A terrific (and free) place to find someone near you to walk, run, or play with is www.exercisefriends.com - worth adding to your list of tools and tips to stay fit, meet friends, and exercise more.
