Two-Minute Primer on Mount St Mary's: Its losses are to No. 3 Maryland, No. 4 Virginia, No. 9 Navy, No. 13 Bucknell and Canisius. Sixteen of its 32 players are freshmen. Freshman Dan Mohr (#6) is the leading scorer with 10 goals and six assists. Freshman G T.C. DiBartolo (#13) has a .559 save percentage. Mountaineers can pull the occasional surprise. It used a zone defense against Navy to keep the game close for nearly three quarters in a 12-5 loss on Feb. 29. Last year, it trailed Johns Hopkins 5-3 at halftime and appeared to pull closer following a goal, though the goal was disallowed following a stick check. The Blue Jays won, 15-3.
Marymount at Catholic, 4 p.m.
Records: Saints 5-5, Cardinals 4-4.
Players to watch: Marymount: #11 Kevin Conklin (25 goals), #4 Chis Wascak (20 goals, 13 assists), #8 Eric Fernandez (32 groundballs, 13 caused turnovers). Catholic: #20 Kyle Brant (20 goals), #1 Mike Groh (16 assists).
Notable: Past three games in the series have been decided by four goals. Conklin scored five goals, including the winner in overtime, in an 11-10 victory last year.
