Great read! I'm not a Mexico expert, but this gives a good idea of how election politics may play out.

Mexico - such a gorgeous country with all that marvelous history and natural resources. But, everyone expects to be cheated and accepts it! What a shame that some truly innovative president couldn't make drastic changes and make use of Mexico's potential for greatness!
