Marlins lineup

The anthem's over, and we're about to begin. The Marlins counter with:

Alejandro de Aza -- 8
Robert Andino -- 6
Jeremy Hermida -- 9
Mike Jacobs -- DH
Gabriel Sanchez -- 3
Jose Castillo -- 5 (not exactly Miguel Cabrera)
Chris Coghlan -- 4
Matt Treanor -- 2
Jorge Piedra -- 7

The Nats will likely use the DH as much as possible through March 15, then allow the pitchers to hit. With all the outfielders in camp, it'll be easier to get more guys at-bats that way.

Wind-aided home run for DeAza, but now in bottom of first. 1-0 Marlins, Guzman at bat

Milledge pops to center

Wind-aided or not, a rough start for Clippard. He immediately fell behind 2-0 before giving up the homer. He also had a walk in his first inning, and relied on what sounded like a great play by Guzman to get one of the outs.

FLA 1, WAS 0 after 1 inning.

Florida got a HR from someone, not sure who.

First two Nats batters flied out. Zimmerman then hit a 2-out single, Nick Johnson did the same, advancing Zim to 3rd. Kearns then grounded out.
