Just Imagine This In D.C.

This morning on The Tony Kornheiser Show, starring David Burd, we heard about a German town's rather novel attempt to improve road safety. Never mind that it actually sounds quite dangerous, though word is owners of body repair shops are raising their beer steins in celebration.

it may not have "officially" been implemented in DC, but given how many cars and pedestrians routinely ignore signs and signals, it "virtually" has been implemented...
