Branch Added to Seahawks' Roster

The Seattle Seahawks added wide receiver Deion Branch to their 53-man roster Saturday.

The Seahawks had gotten a two-week roster exemption after obtaining Branch in a trade with the New England Patriots, and they'd opted against adding him to the roster for their first game after the trade.
