Jags Moving DT Meier to End

The Jacksonville Jaguars are moving Rob Meier from defensive tackle to defensive end to replace Reggie Hayward, who was placed on the injured reserve list after suffering a ruptured Achilles' tendon during a season-opening triumph over the Dallas Cowboys, in the starting lineup.

Meier had been backing up starting tackles Marcus Stroud and John Henderson.
