S. Smith Practices Again, Appears Ready to Play for Panthers

It appears that wide receiver Steve Smith is prepared to return to the Carolina Panthers' lineup on Sunday at Tampa.

He practiced for a second day in a row today, although Coach John Fox indicated that Smith's availability will be a game-time decision. Smith has missed the Panthers' first two games because of an ailing hamstring muscle.
