Alexander Testing Foot and Targeting Nov. 6 for Return
Tailback Shaun Alexander has begun running as part of his rehabilitation program, seemingly putting him on target to return to the Seattle Seahawks' lineup on Nov. 6.
The reigning league most valuable player has missed the last three games because of a broken bone in his foot, and is to miss another game this weekend. His absence is even more glaring now because the Seahawks also are missing quarterback Matt Hasselbeck, who's sidelined by a sprained knee ligament.
