Garrard Is Likely Jaguars Starter as Leftwich Misses Practice Again

It appears likely that backup David Garrard will start at quarterback for the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday at Philadelphia.

Usual starter Byron Leftwich is bothered by a sore ankle and missed practice today for a second straight day. Coach Jack Del Rio refused to name a starter.

Leftwich played last Sunday but was ineffective in a lopsided loss to the Houston Texans.
