Simms to Speak Publicly Thursday

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Chris Simms is scheduled to participate in a news conference on Thursday in Tampa.

Simms was released from a hospital last weekend after undergoing emergency surgery to have his spleen removed following a game against the Carolina Panthers 10 days ago.
