S. Alexander Likely Out At Least Another Week
The Seattle Seahawks likely will be without tailback Shaun Alexander for at least another week.
Tests taken Tuesday showed that the cracked bone in Alexander's foot still has not healed fully, Seahawks Coach Mike Holmgren said during a news conference.
Alexander has missed the team's last five games.
It's possible that Alexander and quarterback Matt Hasselbeck, who's been sidelined for two games by a sprained knee ligament, both will return next week. That would have both missing Sunday's game against the St. Louis Rams but playing on Nov. 19 at San Francisco.
