Chargers, Bears Show How Crazy Things Are for NFL Coaches

So, let's get this straight: A team that went 14-2 during the regular season, the San Diego Chargers, has changed head coaches.

A team that reached the Super Bowl on the strength of its defense, the Chicago Bears, is changing defensive coordinators.

There are good livings to be made in the NFL, for sure, but no one ever said it would be easy.

And the Chargers new head coach has a very unimpressive record as a former head coach.

Yeah, I really don't understand why people keep hiring Norv as a head coach. He's a good coordinator but hasn't he stumbled enough as a head caoch that people have learned their lesson by now? Apparently not.

Things sure are strange, Marty helps San Diego to a 14-2 season and playoffs, Ron Rivera helps take Chicago to the Superbowl. Both of these men get fired and the 31st rank defensive team in the league, The Washington Redskins run by the so-called genius Gregg Williams , the same Gregg Williams who had to have Archuleta keeps his job! Hail to the Redskins
