Rivera Headed to Chargers as Linebackers Coach
Ron Rivera is headed to the San Diego Chargers as their linebackers coach, an NFL source said tonight.
Rivera was told by the Chicago Bears they weren't renewing his contract as defensive coordinator. Now he'll work for Chargers Coach Norv Turner and defensive coordinator Ted Cottrell, who were hired today. The Chargers were one of the six teams with which Rivera interviewed for a head coaching job this offseason.

The Bolts scored big time by getting Rivera.
Not so sure about the Norvster tho. As long as he doesn't change what is working they should be OK.
