Singletary Interviews With Chargers

San Francisco 49ers linebackers coach Mike Singletary interviewed for the San Diego Chargers' head coaching job today.

He became the first candidate interviewed by the Chargers since they fired Marty Schottenheimer on Monday.

It was Singletary's third head coaching interview of this hiring cycle. He was passed over in Atlanta and Dallas.

Baltimore Ravens defensive coordinator Rex Ryan reportedly is scheduled to interview Thursday.
