Cowboys Let R. Fowler Go to Titans
The Dallas Cowboys declined to match the Tennessee Titans' four-year, $11.5 million offer sheet to linebacker Ryan Fowler, a restricted free agent.
Fowler goes to the Titans, for whom he is expected to compete for a starting job on defense, and the Cowboys receive no draft-pick compensation.
Fowler signed the offer sheet with Tennessee on Monday after initially agreeing last weekend to an offer sheet with the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Cowboys lose one of their better special-teams players.
