Falcons Add C. Redman to Quarterback Mix
The Atlanta Falcons signed quarterback Chris Redman.
Redman is a former starter for the Baltimore Ravens whose career has been derailed by injuries. He'll compete for a roster spot behind starter Michael Vick, but the Falcons probably will add another potential backup after trading Matt Schaub to the Houston Texans on Wednesday.

Vick needs to be switched to wide receiver while he is still the NFL's fastest man.
