Punter is First Restricted Free Agent to Sign Offer Sheet

The NFL's restricted free agent market is up and running, too.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed San Francisco 49ers punter Andy Lee to an offer sheet. The 49ers have a week to decide whether to match the offer to retain Lee or allow him to go to the Steelers and received a sixth-round draft choice as compensation.
